Cinquecento
Comprising six professional singers from five European countries, Cinquecento takes its name from the Italian term for the sixteenth century. The pan-European structure of the ensemble (its members are from Austria, Belgium, England, Germany and Switzerland ) harks back to the imperial chapel choirs of the 16th century, whose members would have been chosen for their musicianship from Europe 's most prized musical establishments.

The Clerks of Christ Church
The Clerks of Christ Church was founded in 2001 in response to a popular demand for a group providing flexible programming for a variety of occasions. Its intention was to perform a total spectrum of vocal music; Sacred music from all eras (particularly Renaissance), and Secular music from Mediaeval rounds, through to Madrigals, Folk Song arrangements, Romantic partsongs, Spirituals, Comic Songs and Close Harmony arrangements of Pop Songs and the American Songbook.

For one week in August every year since 1956, Edington has hosted a Festival of Music within the Liturgy in its magnificent fourteenth-century priory church. Singers from many of the great cathedral and collegiate choirs come together to take part in the week's daily services.

Ralph Allwood
Ralph Allwood is Precentor and Director of Music at Eton College. He is the Musical Director of the Eton Choral Courses, the National Youth Choir of Wales, the Windsor and Eton Choral Society and the Rodolfus Choir. He runs choral courses and workshops all over the world and is a choral advisor for Novello and Co, for the National Youth Choir of Great Britain and for the Voices Foundation.
